WELCOME

I am so happy you made it here. The battles you are facing must be so difficult go through but you were not designed to face them alone. Whether it’s anxiety, depression, grief and loss, marital conflict, or moving on from a divorce, the idea of facing yourself, your pain and the unknown is uncomfortable and scary. Perhaps you’re new at counseling and don’t know what to expect. You wonder, “How does it work? Will it help me? Will I get better?” Or maybe you have engaged in counseling but it just didn't work out. “Will it be different this time? What if I fail at it again? All counselors are the same, what makes her different?”

HOW I HELP

Since 2015 I’ve helped women battling with anxiety, fear and depression learn how to operate from their identity as a child of God by exposing the lies of the enemy and replacing them with God’s truth, breaking emotional strongholds and experience emotional freedom and empowerment. I’ve listened to married women speak about feeling disconnected from their husband, say they have “fallen out of love” with him, or are in constant conflict and see no other option but divorce. These women have found insight through Biblical truth and application, developed conflict-resolution skills with healthier communication, experienced increased marital connection, strengthened their dependence on Christ, and moved from feeling helpless toward hope in their marriage. Divorced women battling feelings of shame, anger and depression have gained personal insight and healing and have learned to move forward in God’s redemptive love.

MORE BREAKTHROUGHS

Women have shared experiencing decreased anxiety and fear as they gain insight and feel empowered by applying skills learned through the counseling process and begin operating from their value system. Feelings of shame, guilt, and self-condemnation were exposed and broken off as women faced the painful emotions with courage and unconditional positive regard as we met together and they learned to apply self-compassion. Life continued after the loss or the divorce as women allowed their heart to be resurrected and experience a strength and resolve that they didn’t know was possible. Engaged couples have shared feeling more prepared for entering into their marital covenant. And that is what I’d like to help you experience.

A LITTLE BIT ABOUT ME

My journey with God began in March of 2006 after attending an emotional healing course at a church in New York. The experience introduced me to the idea of finding healing for my brokenness through a personal relationship with Jesus Christ. After enough dissatisfaction with what the world had to offer, I finally discovered my calling and enrolled in a Christian grad school and completed my studies in 2011 earning a Master of Arts in Mental Health Counseling.

I obtained my NJ LPC licensure in 2014 and with the Lord’s prompting, I opened up my own part-time private practice in 2015 specializing in Christian counseling and pre-marital counseling and went full-time after five years working for an agency. I married in 2017, moved to Colorado, and opened up my private practice in June of 2020 to provide Professional Christian counseling to women.
