You didn’t get married to get divorced. You saw and still do see marriage as a covenant commitment designed by God to make you holy. You were committed to the process but despite your best efforts, the marriage failed. You’re in unchartered territory, a wilderness, feeling lonely and alone but unable to deal with the idea of being close to someone, despite desiring to. You want to believe in love again but the pain feels more real than love. Guilt, shame, and condemnation dominate your world and you believe that God is punishing you. Perhaps loved ones have been the source of such rejection and what they say feels truer than what God says (about you). You think, “Is God mad at me for the divorce? My heart and soul feel shattered, will the pain ever go away? How do I go on without him? How can he go on without me already?”

YOU ARE LOVED, ACCEPTED AND WANTED

Oh dear sister, the end of a marriage can feel like the death of a loved one. Whether it was your choice or his, the moral injury has occurred and there’s no more denying the pain of such loss. Let me walk alongside you through the pain while providing hope that’s based on unchangeable truths from God’s word. Let’s expose the anger, bitterness and resentment so that God can heal the deep-seated wounds, resurrect your heart and thereby enabling you to stop making your ex and others pay for the pain you’ve experienced. Together we can examine those areas that are most broken and touch them with truth based on God’s promises for your healing. Life doesn’t have to end with the divorce. Remember, God is in the business of redemption and restoration. Let me help you experience His redeeming love.
